New Transatlantic
Frequency
Enhanced weekly capacity between North America and West Africa. Introducing the “Atlantic Bridge” service to support growing agro and industrial demand.
Effective Date: January 15, 2026
To support the increasing trade volume between the US Gulf/East Coast and West Africa, TMC is pleased to announce the launch of the Atlantic Bridge service, adding significant weekly capacity to the trade lane.
The Atlantic Bridge service will deploy five vessels of 4,500 TEU capacity, specifically upgraded with increased reefer plug availability to cater to the export of frozen protein and perishables from the US to West Africa.
This new loop complements our existing “Liberty” service, effectively doubling our frequency on the Houston to Lagos corridor and improving transit times for project cargo moving into the energy sector.
