Booking Process
Request & Declare
Submit your booking request with the preliminary Dangerous Goods Declaration (DGD) and MSDS. Include UN Number, Class, and Packing Group.
Validation
Our DG Desk checks vessel compatibility, segregation requirements, and port restrictions. We may request clarification or repacking if needed.
Final Approval
Once approved, you receive the booking confirmation. Final DGDs must be submitted before the documentation cut-off for container loading.
Important Restrictions
While TMC accepts most IMO classes, specific restrictions apply to Class 1 (Explosives), Class 7 (Radioactive), and certain Class 5.2 (Organic Peroxides) requiring temperature control.
* Please consult our DG Desk prior to booking these classes to confirm vessel acceptance and port capabilities.
